掌叶半夏抗子宫颈癌成分的研究——(Ⅰ)胡芦巴碱的分离和鉴定

【摘要】 <正> 1970年我院妇产科在浙江农村调查中发掘掌叶半夏(Pinellia Pedatisecta Schott)(原名天南星)的抗癌作用以后,为了提高疗效并消除其副作用,改进剂型制出宫颈栓剂,经临床多年来的使用证实掌叶半夏确有抗子宫颈癌疗效,其稀醇或水浸出液对动物实验肿瘤(S-180、HCA及U14各瘤株)和Hela细胞都具有明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 An antitumor principle of the Chinese drug, Pinellia pedatisecta Sohott was obtained by fractionating the total water soluble alkaloids of the plant on ion exchange resin and aluminium oxide columns successively. The structure of this principle was identified to be trigonelline by spectra (i.e. IE and NMK) and confirmed by comparison to a pure synthetic product. The tumor-inhibiting effect of trigonelline was examined on experimental tumor exhibited a marked inhibting action on hepatic carcinoma (mouse). The therapeutic effect of clinical trial in detail was published elsewhere.
