纳洛酮对针刺抑制家兔大脑皮层牙髓诱发电位的影响
The Effect of Naloxone on the Inhibitory Action of Electro-acupuncture upon Cortical Potentials Evoked by Tooth Pulp Stimulation in Rabbits
【Abstract】 The present work was carried out on rabbits anesthetized by urethane and chloralose. Cortical potentials evoked by stimulating tooth pulp were recorded from the somatosensory area. When "Ho-Ku" (合谷) and "Nei-Kuan"(内关) points were electrically needled or when morphine (1.5-4.0 mg/kg ) was intravenously administered, the evoked potentials were markedly depressed manifesting a decrease in the amplitude of the primary response to 71% or 75 % of the control value respectively. As a comparison, potentials evoked by stimulating the kinfra-orbital nerve recorded from the same site of the cortex, were only slightly affected by needling or by morphine, with a decrease in primary response to 92% or 98.5% of the control value respectively . Thus the evoked potentials by tooth pulp stimulation were more susceptible to morphine and electro-acupuncture.To examine the effect of morphine antagonist-naloxone on the inhibitoryaction of electro-acupuncture, 0.4mg/kg of naloxone was given intravenously to rabbits prior to needling. The result was that the depression of evoked potentials by tooth pulp stimulation was significantly reversed (P<0.01). The reversal was 36% of the entire value reduced by needling. The result suggests that the inhibitory action of electro-acupuncture upon evoked potentials by tooth pulp stimu-lation is partially related to the activity of opiate receptors and the morphine-like substances.
