【Abstract】 Incidence:Sulfa drug dermatitis occupied about 21% of all our drug eruptions. Type of Eruptions: 1.9th day erythema type,431,including the following subtypes:fixed eruptions,190;mor- billiform,114;scarlatiniform,30;erythema multi- forme,20;urticaria,19;etc. 2.Generalized exfoliative dermatitis,6. 3.Eczematous type,8. Sometimes one drug produces 2 types of eruptions in the same individual as exemplified by the appearance of both fixed and morbilliform eruptions in a patient after taking S.T. Complications:There were 3 cases of agran- ulocytosis in which the polymorphonuclear leuco- cyte counts were zero. Skin Test and Re-exposure Test:5 of the 24 scratch tests,12 of the 21 I.D.tests and all the 4 re-exposure tests were positive.However,the latter test is dangerous and not advisiable. Recurrence:There were 98 recurrences,79 of which were fixed eruptions.Among the 79,4 cases developed immunity after 1 attack and 8 after 3-5 attacks.This indicates that hypersensitivity and immunity were 2 aspects of the same allergic process.更多还原
