有机磷农药(乐果)经皮肤吸收的研究 (二)乐果沾染人体皮肤时的清除

【摘要】 <正> 我们在前文已提出了乐果能经无伤皮肤吸收,并已测量出经人体皮肤的吸收速度。鉴于在生产中和农田喷洒乐果时,一般认为其毒性低,而不加以防护;此时在人体皮肤上,就有沾染大量乐果的可能,因而研究如何清除皮肤上沾染的乐果,具有实际的意义。这方面的文献资料极少,我们仅见到 Fredriksson 关于1605沾染人体皮肤时的清除报导一文。本文研究目的是试图寻求一般现埸常用的水和肥皂清除人体皮肤沾染 P32标记乐果的效率,以及皮肤沾染乐
【Abstract】 The present study was carried out for de- termining the efficiency of the procedure in decontaminating p32—labelled Rogor from the skin of 8 human volunteers.The cleansing procedure was performed after the material was applied and left on the skin for half an hour and 4 hours,respectively.The radioactivity was determined before and after the cleansing procedure,and the residue at the end of differ- ent time intervals calculated as an absolute value in microgram and percentage of the initial count corrected by subtracting the back- ground count. In the long-interval group (4 hours),after ordinary washing with water for 30 seconds a residue of 22.5% on the average was left behind, while in the short-interval group (1/2 hour.) the value was 16.0%.After the initial cleansing followed immediately by washing with soap twice a considerable residue 12.4% was still left in the long-interval group,but only 6.4% was left in the short-interval group.The results prove that the cleansing of Rogor is more diffi- cult where the contaminating time is long.The theoretical aspects of the time factor involved were discussed,and the application within the field of rural hygiene was mentioned.
