有机磷农药(乐果)经皮肤吸收的研究 (一)乐果经皮肤的吸收速度

【摘要】 <正> 有机磷农药乐果的毒性虽低,但在使用时如不采取防护措施,仍能发生经皮肤吸收的危险。在文献上曾见到有关1605、1600等有机磷农药经皮肤吸收速度的报导,但未见到有关乐果的类似资料。本文研究目的是试图测量乐果经健康人和动物的无伤皮肤的吸收速度。为此,我们直接在人体和动物的皮肤上,涂以P32标记乐果以测定其消失情现,并计算出吸收速度。Fredriksson认为对于较易溶于水的有机磷化合物如沙林等,这是极其敏感的方
【Abstract】 The rate of percutaneous absorption of Rogor was estimated by measuring the radioactivity of a topical application of p32—labelled Rogor (0.05ml of emulsified solution containing 100μg or 312.5μg Rogor) on intact skin of 8 human volunteers (4 men and 4 women) and 4 rats.The mean rate of absorption through human skin was 1.57×10-2μg/min-cm2 with low concentration and was about twice as high (3.3×10-2μg/min· cm2) with high concentration (P<0.05).The re- sults were the same in the both sexes.The average rate of absorption through rat skin was 5.07×10-2μg/min·cm2 with high concentration and was more rapid than through human skin. There was inhibition of whole blood and brain cholinesterase activity in 6 rats,when high concentration (11.802 mg Rogor) was applied. The radioactivity was measured in different organs and excreta 24 hours after the applica- tion.The skin of rats was examined under microscope and showed slight pathological change. It may be concluded from these results that Rogor is absorbed by the intact skin of both human beings and rats.
