【摘要】 <正> 自1947年海群生问世后,在丝虫病治疗上揭开了新的一页。海群生不但对血中微丝蚴有显著而迅速的疗效,而且对成虫也具有良好的杀虫作用。在剂量与治程方面以往所采用的50～100毫克每日三次的21天长程疗法已为200毫克每日三次的七天或五天疗法所替代,但后者连日多次服药,仍然不能适应广大流行区普遍治疗的需要。目前最简易的方法为海群生一晚一剂一克疗法,福建省报导其疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the results of single dose treatment of filariasis with hatrazan in Baoshan and Oingpu districts,of Shanghai. Both places were low endentic areas of filariasis.Microfilaria counts were low,and most of them were below b per 40 c.mm,blood.The dosage of hatrazan was 1 gm.for adults,and 20 mgm.per kg.body weight for children. The drug was given m a single dose in the evening between 9～10 o’clock. The immediate therapeutic effects for hancroftian infection in Baoshan showed clearance rate of 60.4%,and that for malayan infec tion in Qingpu was 82.8%.Those who remained positive after treatment had a marked reduction of circulating microfilariae by 80～92,3%. The reactions encountered were mainly fever, causea and vomiting. Less frequent were lympha- denitis,abdominal pain,hoarseness of voice and skin rashes. Fever was higher and lasted longer for W.malayi than W.bancrofti. It usually subsided after 2～4 days. Single big dose of hatrazan also irritated ascaris worms.8.2% of persons passed out worms on the day following hatrazan treatment. Two cases had complicatiofls of partial intestinal obstruction.Both eventually recovered after conservative treatment. It was concluded that single dose therapy was simple,rapid,and more convenient,for mass treat- ment of filariasis.Its effects were quite promising for low endemic areas of malayan fiariasis. For W. bancrofti,especially where the microfilarial coumts were relatively high,two consecutive doses with one week intervening were necessary in order to get satisfactory results.更多还原
