【摘要】 <正> Ⅰ.引言脉絡膜轉移性腫瘤,是一种罕見的眼病。根据Cotdes氏,所有葡萄膜轉移性腫瘤在文献上一共只报告过175例其中有156例发生在脉絡膜。Duke-Elder氏認为腫瘤栓子(Emboli),經血轉移入眼时,大多經由二十多个睫状后短动脉,直接到达眼球后部的脉絡膜,这一路徑,自然要較經由两个睫状后长或經由二个前睫状动脉,来得簡捷方便。因此眼球后部的脉絡膜,就更多还原

【Abstract】 This is a case report of carcinoma of the breast with choroidal metastasis in the eye. After brief mention of the history, the author points out the following facts with some discussion and a review of the literature. 1. The favourite site of metastatic carcinoma in the eye is the posterior portion of the choroid, with the left eye more frequently involved than the right. Both these facts may be explained on an anatomical basis. 2. Differentiation between metastatic carcinoma and primary melanoma of the eye is discussed according to the fundal appearance. 3. The early experience of sevore pain over the diseased eye was characteristic, which might be explained by the rapid spreading of the growing turnout tissue along one plane. Since Buch′s membrane was not ruptured, the raised tension in the choroid would unavoidably press upon the ciliary nerve as the latter passed through. 4. For treatment, the author holds that enucleation is indicated unless there is definite evidence of brain metastasis. 5. Lastly, the author suggests that before any radical operation on the breast is made, cases of this kind should be given a thorough fundus examination. In case fundal metastasis is present, the prognosis should be specially guarded.更多还原
