核酸降解物在水稻生产上的应用及其作用机理的研究——Ⅱ.水稻苗期应用的生理作用

【摘要】 水稻苗期于插秧前1~3天,喷施核酸降解产物,同位素示踪研究表明,插秧后促进了光合产物向根部的输送,移栽后当天增加一倍以上,至移栽后第14天仍比对照增加14%,并促进了根部的磷酸化。核酸降解产物的喷施,移栽后对磷肥,钾肥的吸收能力都比对照有显著的增加,同时也提高了水稻地上部分的光合作用强度。核酸降解产物并有维持叶片活力的作用。这些为水稻插秧后促进其活棵返青快,早发增蘖,增穗而增产提供了生理条件。

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line and inspired by the spirit of "self-reliance and hard struggle", we have continued our studies on the application of RNA hydrolyzate in agriculture. In a previous paper it was reported that the RNA hydrolyzate brought about an increase in the yield of rice. This report describes the effect of RNA hydrolyzate on the physiological activities of rice plants.(1) RNA hydrolyzate has been shown to enhance the photosynthetic activity of rice leaves as well as stimulate transportation of 14C-labeled photosynthetic compounds to the root tissues.(2) Using 32P-phosphate and 42K-potassium chloride as indicators, it has been shown that RNA hydrolyzate sprays significantly promote the absorption by the roots of the rice seedling of minerals from the soil.(3) The amount of 32P-phosphate incorporated into organic components in plants treated with RNA hydrolyzate is higher than that in control plants.It is concluded that the combined action of these effects creates favourable conditions for the growth of rice seedlings treated with RNA hydrolyzate and lead to increase in rice production.
