【Abstract】 The influence of pre--anodic polarization upon the cathodic polarization curves of oxygen on Nd_0.8 Sr_0.2 CoO₃ and Nd_0.8 Sr_0.2 CoO₃-activecarbon mixed catalyst is investigated. Primary experimental results in-dicate that the probable mechanism on Nd_0.8 Sr_0.2 CoO₃ is the oxygen ionreaction, while on the mixed catalyst possibly the oxygen ion reactionand the "cooperative" reaction occur simultaneously.
