【摘要】 <正> 一、序论一九五八年工业和农业的大跃进,给我国人民带来了幸福的生活,人民的生活水平,随着跃进而迅速地提高,于是副食品的生产,便成为目前需要解决的主要问题之一。党和政府曾一再号召群众大搞副业,提倡饲养家畜和家禽。为了繁殖牲畜和家禽,母畜和雌禽是增产的主要关键。我们为了增产雌鸡和使雌鸡提高产卵量而选择了这项研究。根据家禽生殖器官生成的过程来看,促使雌鸡右边生殖器官的生成,最好从胚胎时期进行,这样同时还可以进行性别控制的试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of estradiol benzoate and diethylstibestrol on the development of the gonads and gonoducts of the white Leghorn were studied by injection of these hormones into the incubating eggs. Administration of 0.1 to 0.4 mg, of these female sex hormones caused the inversion of the left testis to ovarylike appearance, and slightly effected the right testis but gave no prominent effects on the female gonads on boths sides. The wolffian ducts of either sex were not effected by these sex hormones. The Mullerian ducts of the males and the right Mullerian duct of the females were more developed after treatment than those in the normal conditions. The high dosage caused bothMullerian ducts in both sexes to become hypertrophied. A dosage not more than 0.4 mg. led the oviducts to become hypertrophied one week after incubation. The more effective results were obtained by injection on the 3rd. to the 5th day of incubation, and injections carried on nfter 7th day of incuba- tion made the reversed females return to males 10 days ofter incubation. Treatment performed on the 12th day of incubation was still effective to the oviducts.更多还原
