【Abstract】 1.Besides Tsingtao and Amoy,Amphioxus has never been found in other regions of China.For several years the writer has collected Amphioxus and fonnd two new localities in the distribution of Amphioxus in this country. These two new places are Hal-nan island in the south and Chefoo in the nor- th.The Hai-nan collection was made at Sinyen.Lingao-hsien,in May 1955. while the Chefoo collections were made from the sea along Tung-shan Hill in December 1955.October 1955 and January 1957. 2.Description of Hal-nan Amphioxus was based on 24 specimens.Measur- ements were made as accurately as possible and data were analysed statistically. The specific characters of Hai-nan specimen were observed to be in complete agreement with those of B.belcheri Gray as reported for Amoy.Borneo and Japanese specimens.更多还原
