池养鲮鱼性腺周年变化的研究

【摘要】 <正> 鲮鱼(Cirrhina molitorclla)是华南特有的池塘养殖鱼类,广东佛山地区鲮鱼的产量约占淡水鱼的二分之一,在淡水养殖业中占有重要的地位。近年来,随着淡水鱼类人工繁殖技术的进展,鲮鱼的繁殖工作也已开展并获得一定成绩。但关于鲮鱼繁殖生物学上许多基本资料尚未掌握,因此有必要作一次对池养鲮鱼性腺周年变化的研究。充分了解性腺的周年变化,无疑对于人工催情工作是十分重要的。 国内有关淡水养殖鱼类性腺变化的研究,近年来陆续发表的有:鲢、鳙、草鱼、青鱼等(武汉大学、中

【Abstract】 1. The ovary of pond-cultured Cirrhina molitorella at the age of sex maturityundergoes the following changes in the year: From middle of September to beginning of February the next year, the ovary con-sists wholly of primary and secondary oocytes, maturity coefficient being minimumduring this period. From beginning of February to middle of March, the primary and secondaryoocytes pass into the third phase and take up the major part of the section area,showing thereby an increase in the maturity coefficient. This period is short,coveringapproximately 50 days. From end of March to middle of July, Oocytes of phase Ⅳ take up by far the gre-ater part of the section area, those of phase Ⅲ seem to exist only at the beginningof phase Ⅳ. This period shows a maximum maturity coeffecient. The best results of induced spawning are obtainable from middle of May to July. From beginning of August to middle of September, the oocytes degenerate witha corresponding decrease in maturity coefficient. 2. The ovary of pond-cultured Cirrhina molilorella spawner, whether or notartificially induced remains in phase Ⅱ during winter. The ovary of pond-cultured Cirrhina molitorella spawners will develop as far asphase Ⅳ and will not attain phase Ⅴ, unless artificially induced. 4. Cirrhina molitorella spawners ovulate only once during the spawning season. 5. The maturity coefficient of pond-cultured Cirrhina molitorella milters is mi-nimum during the period from January to March, when the pectoral fins show nosecondary sex character and there are only primary and secondary spermatocytes andspermatids in the spermary. The maturity coefficient is maximum for a period fromMay to August, when the spermary is full of mature spermatozoa and the pectoralfins show apparent secondary sex character. The maturity coefficient decreases appre-ciably after August,when small quantities of spermatocytes of various stages constitutethe major part of the contents of the spermary. The secondary sex character on thepcctoral fins disappears after October.
