海水中硝酸盐的测定
THE DETERMINATION OF NITRATE IN SEA WATER
【摘要】 <正> 硝酸盐是海水中一项重要的营养元素,其含量一般变化很大,最低可为0,高可达每立方米海水中800毫克。进行海洋中硝酸盐含量的调查,对了解海区的肥沃性及生产量等都有很重要的意义。 硝酸盐的测定方法很多,目前应用于海水的方法主要有番木鼈硷法,二苯胺法,二苯基联胺法,还原法,极谱法,及紫外光分光光度法。虽然方法多,但都存在一些问题,不够理想。
【Abstract】 The method,for determination of nitrate in sea water have beanstudied.Nitrate is reduced to nitrite with Zinc powder and manganese sulphate.Optimuri pH is about 1.7-2.3.The suitable quantity ofZinc powder for 100ml.sea water is 0.07g% It shows good,conformity to Beer’s law for the concentration ef nitrate from o to 300mg.NO3-N/m3 with a green filter (530mμ).The fbrmad nitrite founded only about 10% of nitrate contents but it is also be possible to determinate as little as 5/mg NO2-N/m3 in sea water by this method
