轮子或履带试验中滑转率控制机构的新方案

【摘要】 本文叙述了对轮子或履带试验的两种基本方法——控制牵引力法和控制滑转率法。在对已有的滑转率控制机构分析的基础上,为满足水田中试验的需要,提出在成批生产的拖拉机上加装滑转率控制机构的新方案,论述了这种方案的原理,说明了它的优点。介绍了按这种方案改装的试验用履带底盘。示出用该底盘在水田中试验结果的一组数据,画出被试履带行走装置在试验地中的牵引特性曲线。最后根据上述问题的理论分析和试验结果提出相应的结论。

【Abstract】 In this paper the author has discussed two foundamental methods--control of tractive force and control of slippage ratio which in testing the wheel or crawler tractor.In order to meet the testing requirmets in paddy field, the author proposed a new slippage control mechanism added to the tractors which are in mass production, the author also explicated the new method principles and its advantages, and a testing track-laying chassis has been rebuild according to this new method.The test result of the said chassis tried in the paddy field is shown on data sheet, and some tractive characteristic curves of tested track are given.Finally, according to the analysis and test result stated, an appropriate conclusion has been drawnout.
