机动水稻插秧机转臂滑道机构的设计(一)

【摘要】 机动水稻插秧机转臂滑道机构的设计一文提出可供实际应用的设计方法。全文分两部分:第一部分对全国各省(市、自治区)1977年以前定型推广的15种同类机型的转臂滑道机构的参数作统计分析,初步找出规律性的东西,以便能够为今后的设计提供理论依据;第二部分对全国1978年统型的滚动直插式机动插秧机的转臂滑道机构作设计说明,从生产试验和设计理论方面证明统型机保持和发展了原有较好机型的优点,进一步完善了设计方法。

【Abstract】 This paper concerns the design about inner cam controlling mechanism for engine-driven ricetransplanter and provides design methods of practical application.It is divided into two sec-tions:The first one has made statistical analysis of parameters for the inner cam controllingmechanism of planting crank which authentic ated and popularized 15 same type machines of eve-ry provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in the whole country priot to 1977,as wellas primarily find out regular things(problems)so as to provide theoretical basis for designpractice in the near future.The second section is concerned in making design explanation of theinner cam controlling mechanism of planting crank for the rotary-vertical path type engine-dri-ven rice transplanter of the united model in 1978.By means of fields experiment and the design theory they will explain the united model ismaintained and developed the advantages of the original machine,thereby the design methodhas further been improved.
