光衍射法检测叉指换能器激发的声场分布及其倒速度图
Optical Detection of the Acoustic Fields and Their inverse Phase Velocity Surfaces Excited by Interdigiter Transducers
【摘要】 本文介绍了利用声波引起的光衍射现象研究在铌酸锂晶体和石英晶体的某些切割表面的叉指换能器所激发的声场分布及其倒速度图。所采用的实验方法有简单光探针技术,暗场法以及倒速度图显示等三种。分别对线性调频叉指换能器向两端辐射声功率流的不对称性、叉指换能器激发声场的能量分布以及叉指换能器激发各种声波的倒速度图进行了初步的研究和简单的讨论。
【Abstract】 By means of optical diffraction from acoustic Waves, we have detected the distribution of acoustic fields and their inverse phase velocity surfaces excited by the interdigiter transducer deposited on the surface of certain cut at crystals such as LiNbO3 and quartz. Three experimental techniques were used: the simple optical probing, the dark field imaging and the visualization of inverse phase velocity surfaces. The asymmetry of acoustic power flux between the right and left acoustic ports from the emitted linear FM interdigital transducer may be observed directly. The energy profile of acoustic field and some inverse phase velocity surface of both surface and bulk acoustic waves generated by the interdigital transducer are studied primarily and discussed briefly.
