甲-脑啡肽及五种其他神经肽脑室内注射镇痛效应的观察
OBSERVATIONS ON THE ANALGESIC EFFECT OF INTRAVENTRICULAR MET-ENKEPHALIN AND OTHER FIVE NEUROPEPTIDES
【摘要】 <正> 脑啡肽脑内给药镇痛作用弱而短暂,可能是降解迅速所致。试管内加氨肽酶抑制剂杆菌肽可以防止脑啡肽的破坏,但迄今未见它增强在位脑啡肽镇痛效应的报道。我们用脑室内给药方法探索了这一问题,并试验了目前我们能收集到的数种其他神经肽脑室内注射的镇痛效应。
【Abstract】 It is known that the aminopeptidase inhibitor bacitracin prevents the degradation of enkephalins in vitro. Our experiments discovered for the first time that it also enhance the analgesic effect of met-enkephalin in vivo. Other neuropeptides tested i ntraventricularly were oxytocin, vasopressin, LRH, angiotensin Ⅱ, ACTH and bradykinin. Only oxytocin and bradykinin were found to have analgesic effect, which, however, could not be antagonized by intraventricular naloxone.
