【Abstract】 It is known that the aminopeptidase inhibitor bacitracin prevents the degradation of enkephalins in vitro. Our experiments discovered for the first time that it also enhance the analgesic effect of met-enkephalin in vivo. Other neuropeptides tested i ntraventricularly were oxytocin, vasopressin, LRH, angiotensin Ⅱ, ACTH and bradykinin. Only oxytocin and bradykinin were found to have analgesic effect, which, however, could not be antagonized by intraventricular naloxone.更多还原
