【Abstract】 8Br-cAMP at 30 mg/kg can produce marked inhibitory action on solid forms of uterous tumor-14, Ehrlieh carcinoma, sarcoma-180 and reticulum-cell sarcoma in mice. In ascitic retieulum sarcoma-bearing mice, 8Br-cAMP can also reduce significantly the tumor-cell coneentration and prolong the life span.In dogs, after intravenous injection of 45 mg/kg of the drug no obvious adverse effect, except nausea and vomiting, has been observed in blood cell counts, urinalysis, ECG, liver and renal functions.With its positive therapeutic effects and light toxicity, 8Br-cAMP has already been recommended to clinical trials.更多还原
