拟澳洲赤眼蜂在人工平膜上的产卵行为

【摘要】 1.拟澳洲赤眼蜂Trichogramma confusum能在九种不同的平膜上产卵,按产卵多寡顺序,包括厚玻璃纸,肠衣,薄玻璃纸,硅橡胶薄膜,聚丙烯薄膜,聚四氟乙烯薄膜,聚乙烯薄膜,硫酸纸,漆膜。其中在厚玻璃纸平膜上,卵数最多可达二百余粒。 2.膜厚度在20—89μ之间,均能为赤眼蜂产卵,但在这一厚度范围内,卵数多寡与厚度无关。 3.四种旦白质溶液均能引诱及刺激赤眼蜂在平膜内产卵。 4.赤眼蜂在各种平膜上产卵似无主动的选择作用,推测可能由于人工薄膜上无适时激素所致。 5.在人工平膜上产卵仍然似有“足迹效应”存在。

【Abstract】 1.It is found that Trichogramma australieum can deposit its eggs into a protienous salt solution through the flat surfac of an artificial membrane mounted on a glass or plastic tube of the ten different kinds of membranes tried, oviposition occurs in nine of them; these include: thick cellophane, intestinal coat, thin cellophane, silicone rubber film, polypropylene, polytetrafluorethylene, polyethylene, sulfurlc acid paper, and paint film in order of the number of eggs deposited. Through the thick cellophane, a maximum number of 207 eggs is recorded. No eggs is found in the tubes mounted with wax paper. 2.Within the range of 20—89 microns, there is no correlation betwee the thickness of the membranes and the number of eggs laid. 3.The following four protienous salt solutions tested for oviposition, 1% casein hydrolysate, 1% protien hydrolysate, and 1% albumin in Neisenherners salt solution and yeast extraxt in distill water are all attractive to Trichogramma australicum, among them the protien hydrolysate seems to be the best. 4.No apparent selection is shown among a total of 64 tubes mounted with 8 different kinds of membranes for each set of eight tubes and arranged in 8 X 8 Latin squares for testing of oviposion. It is pressumed that this may be due to the absence of kairomones on these artificial membranes. 5.According to the number of eggs laid in each tube, it seems likely a Spoor effect may also be present on the flat surface of these artificial membranes tested.
