含钼、钛的18Ni马氏体时效钢析出相的电子衍射分析

【摘要】 用透射电镜鉴定了18Ni马氏体时效钢的主要强化相为Ni3Mo与Ni3Ti。指出用选区电子衍射谱来鉴别它们所应选择的特定基体晶带轴指数。从析出相的形状效应分析了产生多边形衍射斑的原因。

【Abstract】 The precipitates responsible for strengthening in a 18Ni-Co-Mo-Ti maragingsteel are Ni3Ti and Ni3Mo as identified by TEM. It should be pointed out thatusing selected-area diffraction patterns, the two precipitates were discerned sepa-rately only when certain specific orientations of the matrix crystal were chosen.The polygonal shape of the diffraction spots has been discussed in light of theshape factor effects of the Ni3Mo particles.
