液态高炉型渣中MnO的活度及还原速率

【摘要】 本文报告了锰在银、铁,渣、铁及渣、银间的分配数据及高炉型渣中MnO活度的计算结果。从熔渣结构观点讨论了碱度,Al2O3,MgO及CaF2对渣中MnO活度的影响。还报告了渣中MnO还原速率的测定结果,讨论了反应级数问题。最后,对实验结果在生产实际中的应用进行了讨论.

【Abstract】 The equilibrium represented by the reaction MnO(in slag)+C=Mn+COhas been investigated with a view to evaluating the activity of MnO in liquid blast-furnace-type slags.In two series of experiments,carbon-saturated iron and silver wereused respectively as the solvent metal.It has been shown that the use of silver insteadof the conventional iron as the metal phase has certain important advantages.Besides,some preliminary work has been done on the rate of reduction of MnO from liquid blast-furnace-type slags.The effect of various slag components on the activity of MnO has been explainedfrom the point of view of the ionic structure of slags.The mechanism of reduction ofMnO and the order of reaction are discussed on the basis of convectional diffusion.Thepractical application of the experimental data in blast-furnace operation is briefly dis-cussed.
