高炉型渣中氧化钒还原的物理化学
PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY OF REDUCTION OF VANADIUM OXIDE FROM LIQUID BLAST-FURNACE-TYPE SLAGS
【摘要】 本文报告了高炉型渣中氧化钒还原的动力学研究及渣铁间硅-钒平衡研究的结果.根据实验结果讨论了渣中钒还原进入生铁的机理,同时也阐明了生产中总结出的影响钒收率诸因素的本质.在实验得到的钒还原规律的基础上,分析了高炉冶炼含钒铁矿的生产数据,证明在高炉中硅-钒反应尚未达到平衡,从而指出了提高钒收率及降低生铁中硅相对含量的途径。
【Abstract】 In this paper,experimental data on a kinetic study of the reduction of vanadium oxide from liquid blast-furnace-type slags into carbon-saturated iron and on the silicon-vanadium equilibrium are reported.The mechanism of reduction of vanadium oxide from the slag phase into the metalphase is discussed and the various factors affecting the recovery of vanadium in blast-furnace smelting of vanadium-bearing iron ores are explained in the light of the presentresults.By a comparison of our experimental results with industrial data,it has been shownthat the silicon-vanadium equilibrium is not reached in the blast-furnace hearth.Con-sequently,measures have been suggested for increasing the recovery of vanadium andlowering the silicon/vanadium ratio in the pig iron obtained in blast-furnace smelting ofvanadium-bearing iron ores.
