【Abstract】 In this paper, a characteristic is given of fully stressed design of truss with a single load. It is proved that all the joints are located on the two equal circumscribed hyperspheres in the displacement space, provided that for each member the bars are made of the same material, and the other ends of the bars are joined at the contact point of the two spheres. Such a fullystressed truss is also of the minimum weight design.更多还原
