【Abstract】 This description is based upon the living specimens artificially reared in our laboratory during the recent years, at Tsingtao, Shantung, China. The eggs used for observation were collected from Kiaochow Wan, near Tsingtao. The important morphological characters of the eggs, prelarvae, postlarvae and young fish have been described in detail; and the differences between the important features of the eggs and larvae of Clupanodon punctdtus (T. & S.) and those of Harengula zunasi Bleeker have been discussed.更多还原
