肿瘤的化学治疗 ⅩⅩⅩⅥ.若干1-乙基-2-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢菲-2-羧酸及2-萘基丙酸类化合物的合成
TUMOUR CHEMOTHERAPY--ⅩⅩⅩⅥ.SYNTHESIS OF SOME 1-ETHYL-2-METHYL-1,2,3,4-TETRAHYDROPHENANTHRENE-2-CARBOXYLIC ACIDS AND 2-NAPHTHALENEPROPIONIC ACIDS
【摘要】 前曾报告一些植物生长控制剂对肿瘤细胞有选择性的抑制作用.本文继续报告26个结构上与植物生长控制剂萘乙酸(NAA)和萘氧乙酸(NOAA)类似的而且可能具有雌性激素活性的四氢菲羧酸及萘丙酸类化合物的合成,以研究抗肿瘤活性、植物生长控制活力、雌性激素作用三种生物作用间的关系,从而探索抗肿瘤药物的新途径.初步药理试验结果表明,有些化合物对小白鼠肉瘤-37有明显的抑制作用,其它二种生物试验将继续进行.
【Abstract】 In previous papers we have reported that some derivatives of plant growth regulatorspossess selective inhibitory activity against tumour cells in experimental animals.In thepresent investigation we describe the synthesis of twenty-six potential sex hormones,which bear structural analogy to two plant growth regulators,naphthalene acetic acidand naphthalene glycolic acid,for the purpose of studying the relationship amongantitumour activity,plant growth regulation activity and sex hormone effect and discove-ring a new type of antitumour agent.Preliminary pharmacological test showed that some of them exhibited markedactivity against sarcoma-37 in mice.Other two kinds of biological assays are inprogress.
