四氟乙烯五聚体和亲核试剂烯丙醇钠的反应
REACTION OF THE TETRAFLUOROETHYLENE PENTAMER WITH A NUCLEOPHILE-SODIUM ALLYL ALCOHOLATE
【摘要】 研究了四氟乙烯五聚体和烯丙醇钠在F113溶剂中的反应,证明在-35℃到-45℃之间烯丙氧基“取代”了四氟乙烯五聚体烯丙位上的一个氟原子,确定了反应产物的结构为II。在烯丙醇溶剂中,回流温度下反应除得到化合物II外,还得到3-三氟甲基-3-五氟乙基-2,2-二氢全氟戊酸烯丙酯(V)。由四氟乙烯五聚体烯丙基醚,可以衍生出新的氟硅表面活性剂VII和IX,它们具有很好的防水、防油性能。
【Abstract】 In the reaction of the tetrafluoroethylene pentamer with sodium allyl alcoholate in trichlorotrifluoroethane, an allylic fluorine, instead of the vinylio fluorine, is substitu-ted, yielding the product 3-allyloxy difluoromethyl-4-trifluoromethyl-4-pentafluoro-ethyl-perfluorohexene- (2) (Ⅱ). In addition to Ⅱ, allyl 3-trifluoro methyl-3-pentafluoro-ethyl-2, 2-dihydro-perfluorovalerate (Ⅴ) was also obtained. Two silicon compounds Ⅶ and (Ⅸ),derived from (Ⅱ),are surfactants withexcellent water-proofing and oil-proofing properties.
