【Abstract】 Fifteen N-substituted compounds of O,O-dimethyl S-(carbamoylmethyl)phosphorodi-thioate were prepared by two methods A and B. Method A was based on the reaction of O,O-dimethyl phosphorodithioate and N-substituted α-choroacetylamide in the presence of sodium carbonate in acetone as solvent. In method B the reaction of the sodium salt of the O,O-dimethyl phosphorodithioate and N-substituted α-chloroacetylamide was carried out. The structural formulas, melting points, elementary analyses and the solvents for recrystallization of these compounds were listed in the Table (in Chinese text).更多还原
