贝母植物碱研究Ⅹ.——岷贝母中的植物碱
A STUDY OF FRITILLARIA ALKALOIDS Ⅹ. THE ALKALOIDS OF MIN-PEI-MU, IDENTIFIED AS FRITILLARIA CIRRHOSA VAR. ROYLEI (HK. F.)
【摘要】 从甘肃岷县产的岷贝母,Fritillaria Cirrhosa Var.Roylei(HK.F.)中,提得两种新植物硷,命名为岷贝素甲及岷贝素乙。岷贝素甲为无色针状结晶,熔点210—212°,[α]D12°—73.3°(三氯甲烷),实验式测定为C27H43O2N。岷贝素乙为无色菱形结晶,熔点220°,[α]D16°—52.4°(三氯甲烷),实验式测定为C27H41O3N。并制得此两植物硷之硫氰酸盐,盐酸盐等。
【Abstract】 From the Chinese drug, Min-Pei-Mu, identified as Fritillaria Cirrhosa VarRoylei (HK. F.), there have been isolated two new alkaloids to which the namesminpeimine and minpeiminine are respectively assigned. They are found in thedrug only to the extent of 0.001 to 0.003 per cent. Minpeimine has an empirical formula C27H43O2N, m. p. 212°, [α]D12°-73.3°(CHCl3), UV. spectrum, λmax, 290 mμ, log∈ 1. 51. It crystallizes in colorless needles,and is soluble in the coimmon organic solvents and dilute hydrochloric or aceticacid. Its thiocyanate, colorless crystals, m. p. 206°; its hydrochloride, colorless crstals,m. p. 281°; and its hydrobromide, colorless crstals, m. p. 257° were prepared. Minpei-minine has an empirical formula C27H41O3N, m. p. 220°[α]D16°-52.4° (CHCl3), UV.spectrum, λmax 289 mμ, leg∈ 1. 63. It crystallizes in colorless rhomboids and is alsosoluble in most organic solvents, dilute hydrochloric or acetic acid. Its thiocyanate,colorless crystals, m. p. 169° and hydrochloride, colorless crystals, m. p. 235° wereprepared. These alkaloids contain 27 carbon atoms and have similar ultraviolet absorptionspectra as those of sipeimine or peiminine, and probably belong to the group ofmodified steroidal alkaloids.
