高级脂肪酸的葡萄糖酯 Ⅰ.葡萄糖软脂酸酯、葡萄糖硬脂酸酯及葡萄糖混合五酯的合成

【摘要】 本文报告6种新化合物:二丙酮缩葡萄糖一软脂酸酯、二丙酮缩葡萄糖一硬脂酸酯、D-葡萄糖一软脂酸酯、D-葡萄糖一硬脂酸酯、D-葡萄糖一软脂酸四乙酸酯及D-葡萄糖一硬脂酸四乙酸酯的合成方法及其性质.葡萄糖与高级脂肪酸所生成的葡萄糖单酯为优越的乳化剂.D-葡萄糖一软脂酸酯及一硬脂酸酯都具有同质多晶的性质,各有4种同质多晶体.其他4种化合物都是低熔点的晶体,未发现有同质多晶现象的存在.

【Abstract】 Six new compounds, namely, diacetone glucose monopalmitate, diacetone glucose monostearate, D-glucose monopalmitate, D-glucose monostearate, D-glucose tetraacetate monopalmitate,and D-glucose tetraacetate monostearate, have been synthesized and some of their properties have been described. Monoesters of glucose and higher fatty acids have been shown to be surface-active and possess good emulsifying property. Both D-glucose monopalmitate and monostearate exhibit polymorphism and each compotmd exists in four polymorphic forms.Diacetone glucose monopalmitate,diacetone glucose monostearate,D-glucose tetraacetate monopalmitate,D-glucose tetraacetate monostearate are all low-melting crystalline substances,and no polymorphism has been obserred among them.
