以电熔刚玉砂为主体材料的水溶性型芯铝合金铸造试验

【摘要】 本文较详细地叙述了以电熔刚玉砂为主体材料、以碳酸钾(K2CO3)、氯化钙(CaCl2)等为粘结剂的水溶性制芯混合料的湿强度、干强度、导热性、吸湿性、复用性、失水收缩性的测定情况,并对测定数据进行剖析,提出了看法。 本文还介绍了采用电熔刚玉砂为主体材料、以K2CO3为粘结剂的水溶性型芯铸造“C—3风铲”壳体的情况,以及对壳体进行耐压试验、整机性能试验的考核情况。

【Abstract】 The Paper deals in datail with the measurement of the green strength, dry strength, thermal conductivity, reusability and shrinkage with moisture driven off of the water soluble core mixture with alundum as its base material and some building agent such as potassium carbonate (K2CO3), calcium chloride (CCl2) and so on. Analysis of the obtained data is given.The paper also introduces the casting of the case of the C-3 type pneumatic chipper by adopting the water soluble core method. It gives a brief account of a trial test of resistance to pressure on the case and the performance measurement of the C-3 type pneumatic chipper.
