【Abstract】 The forming process of a dome-shap part is more complex than drawing ofa cup.Moreover,there are much more difficulties,so up to now there is nosufficient reliadle data for design.In this study,the analysis of the influenceof various practical factors to the distribution of stress and wrinkling on thedome-shap surface is based on the calculation of stresses inside a blank duringits forming.A method of calculation and fomulae are derived for the necessarypressure of blankholder to eliminate the wrinkl on the dome-shap surface basedon the analysis of a diameter on which the sense of stress is changed.更多还原
