室温形变对18CrMnTi及18CrNiW钢碳氮共渗的影响
Effect of Room Temperature Deformation on Carbonitriding of Steels 18CrMnTi and 18CrNiW
【摘要】 本文研究了室温形变(0—70%)对18CrMnTi 和18CrNiW 钢碳氮共渗层深度、组织和硬度的影响。试验结果表明:室温形变可以加速碳氮共渗过程,使渗层加深、表层碳浓度及硬度得到提高。在这种处理后,碳氮化合物增多、颗粒细化并均匀分布。
【Abstract】 The effect of room temperature deformation(0~70%)on depth,microstructureand hardness of carbonitrided surface layers of steels 18CrMnTi and 18CrNiWwas studied.Experimental results indicate that prior deformation at 20℃ acceler-ates the processes of carbonitriding,increasing the depth,cardon content andhardness of surface layers,After such treatment quantity of carbonitride parti-cles in these layers has inercased and the particles were distributed more unifo-rmly with decreased sizes.
