涡轮机支承动刚度及其对转子临界转速的影响
Dynamic Support Stiffness of the Turbine and Its Effect on the CrticaL Speeds of Rotors
【摘要】 <正> 为了避免机组在运行中发生剧烈的振动,在设计中必须正确地确定转子的临界转速。实践证明,转子支承的动刚度和油膜刚度对转子的临界转速有较大影响。通常,电站汽轮机弹性支承转子的临界转速值较刚性支承转子的临界转速值下降10~30%,个别的甚至下降40%以上,在一般情况下,临界转速的阶次愈高,下降的幅度也愈大。因此,为了正确地计算转子临界转速,必须测定支承动刚度和油膜刚度等数据。本文仅就支承动刚度的测定及其对转子临界转速的影响进行了计算和分析,所得数据可供有关设计部门参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper an experimentaL study in the measurement of the support sti-ffness of rotors is presented,The effect of the different expe-ri mentaL conditio-ns on the results of measure -ments has aLso been anaLysed.Different boun-dary conditions are taken into consideration in caLcuLating eriticaL speeds of rotorsby means of initial parameters method.The vaLues of the critical speeds of onerotor obtainted by the measurement are compared with those by caLcuLation.A-ccording to the resuLt of the caLcuLation the effect of the support stiffness oncriticaL speeds of regid rotor and fLexibLe rotor is disseussed.
