关于测量光学材料均匀性方法的讨论
DISCUSSION ON THE METHODS OF MEASURING THE HOMOGENEITY OF OPTICAL MATERIALS
【摘要】 本文从理论和实践相结合的角度,分析了测量光学材料均匀性的全息干涉法、马赫陈德尔干涉法、台曼-格林干涉法、星点法、刀口阴影法、鉴别率法等六种方法的优缺点、适用范围及所能达到的测量精度。 研究结果表明:同国内现行的各种方法相比,激光全息干涉法是实现高精度测量的一种最好方法;马赫-陈德尔干涉法用在大尺寸激光玻璃棒的检验上有其独特的优点;星点法则以设备简单和操作方便为大家所熟知,与干涉法相结合可以给出材料的光学不均匀性所引起的光束平均发散角变化。
【Abstract】 Based on theory and practice, the advantages and disadvantages, the applicable range andobtainable accuracy of six methods on homogeneity measurement of optical materials——holographical interferometry, Mach-Zender interferometry, Twyman - Green interferometry,star-point method, Foucault shadow method and resolving method——are analysed. Study results show that laser holographical interferometry is the best method of highprecision measurement as compared with various domestic existing methods.The Mach-Zenderinterferometry presents peculiar advantages when applied in the inspection of large di-mensional laser glass rods. The star-point method is well known for its simple equipmentand easy operation, when combining it with interferometrical method, the average diver-gence change of the light beam caused by the optical nonhomogeneity of the material canbe obtained.
