【摘要】 <正> 这篇报告内所记述的四川中生代爬行类动物化石,主要是在1951年成渝铁路修筑工程进行时,在铁路沿线各地所发现的;另外小部分是在重庆市郊大田湾开辟建筑基地时所采集。成渝路管理当局和重庆市文教局认识到这些发现在科学上的重要性,故除在成渝路沿线文物展览上作短期展览外,希望能将这些材料送交科学研究机构作进一步的研究,因此这批标本曾先后由西南博物馆及重庆大学地质系保管,并作初步研究,但未完成其正式报告。1952年,文化部社会文化管理局裴文中教授赴四川参加土地改革时,始与有关当局商妥后,将全部标本(包括“资阳人”头骨化石),一并运京。最后送交中国科学院古脊椎动物研究室,由本文著者从事这些标本的研究工作。我们除向上述各有关单位的领导当局,将这些贵重标本交我们研究,表示无限谢意外,并向发现这些标本的成渝铁路工人更多还原

【Abstract】 The materials discussed in this paper were collected in 1951 during the constructionof Chengtu-Chungking Railroad and the clearing of a building foundation at Tatienwan,Chungking.The faunules consist of the following Mesozoic reptilian species:CheloniaFamily BaenidaeChengyuchelys baenoides,gen.et sp.nov.Family PlesiochclidaePlesiochelys latimarginalis,sp.nov.P.radiplicatus,sp.nov.P.chungkingensis,sp.nov.Tienfuchelys tzuyangensis,gen.et sp.nov.Family TrionychidaeSinaspideretes wimani,gen.et sp.nov.CrocodiliaFamily Hsisosuchidae,fam.nov.Hsisosuchus chungkingensis,gen.et sp.nov.DinosauriaCarnosauria indet.(two forms).cf.Omeisaurus junghsienensis Youngcf.Sanpasaurus yaoi YoungAmong the species described,the chelonian remains represent the so far largestand best known collection of the Mesozoic turtles yet found in China.Hsisosuchus,apeculiar crocodile unlike any known form of the group,exhibits a number of char-acteristics which are both primitive and specialized,and resembles in different respectsto the various crocodilian groups,such as Protosuchus,Sebecus,Shamosuchus,Crocolylus,etc.The dinosaurian remains are only represented by fragmentary bones,though fourdifferent forms may be recognized.The age of the fossils are probably of Late Jurassicas inferred from the above listed species and previously known paleontological data.For details of the description and discussion,the readers may refer to an Englishversion of this paper which will appear in the concurrent issue of Acta Scientia Sinica(Vol.Ⅱ,No.3).更多还原
