用苯乙烯和4-(甲基丙烯酸)2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯共聚物共混改性聚丙烯纤维的研究

【摘要】 用苯乙烯和4-(甲基丙烯酸)-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯共聚物与聚丙烯共混,进行纺丝,得到了一种洁白的消光纤维,纺丝温度显著降低,纤维的抗大气老化性能好,并可用偶氮型分散染料染色,改进了聚丙烯纤维的一些缺点。

【Abstract】 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidinylmethacrylate was prepared by ester-exchange reaction between 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol and methylmethacrylate. The resulting ester was copolymerized with styrene, and the copolymer was blended with polypropylene in quantities of 1.5-5%. The polyblends thus obtained were spun into fibers with a tenacity of about 4g/d. The modified fibers have a good resistance to weathering, and good dyeing ability with azo-type dispersive dyes. At the same time the spinning temperature of the polyblends was lowered to around 280℃.
