戊二烯-1,3在稀土催化体系中聚合的初步研究

【摘要】 以乙酰基丙酮为原料合成戊二烯-1,3,其中含有91.7%反式和8.3%顺式异构体,用NdCl3-C2H5OH-Al(C2H53催化剂,加氢汽油为溶剂研究了戊二烯-1,3的均聚及其与丁二烯的共聚合,结果表明只有反式异构体能聚合成高分子量的聚合物,用IR、NMR和X射线光谱研究了均聚物的结构,发现是顺-1,4全同构型并表现有结晶,用IR和动态力学方法证明共聚合产物是共聚物。

【Abstract】 1,3-Pentadiene prepared from acetylacetone in our laboratory contained 91.7% trans and 8.3% cis-isomers. Homopolymerization of 1,3-pentadiene and its copoly-merization with butadiene were carried out with heterogeneous catalysts prepared from NdCl3-C2H5OH-Al(C2H5)3 in hydrocarbon solvent. The results obtained showed that only trans-isomer of 1,3-pentadiene can be polymerized with these catalyst to high molecular weight polymer with high conversion. The structure of the polypen-tadiene has been examined by IR, NMB and X-ray spectra. It was found that the polymer contains predominantly cis-1,4-unit with isotactic configuration and exhibits crystallinity. The data obtained by IB and dynamic mechanical method indicated that the product of copolymerization by above mentioned catalyst system is a random copolymer.
