人工裂缝曲率对光测应力强度因子K_Ⅰ,K_Ⅱ,K_Ⅲ影响之初探

【摘要】 本文用光弹性方法较系统地探讨了人工裂缝曲率半径ρ对应力强度因子K_Ⅰ、K_Ⅱ、K_Ⅲ的影响。实验结果初步表明:在ρ<0.04mm时,看来会得到K_Ⅰ较满意的结果。ρ=0.12mm时,K_Ⅰ实测值较理论值尚无显著偏差(-4.83%);ρ对K_Ⅱ影响较K_Ⅰ为大;K_Ⅲ实测值对于ρ的变化似不敏感。

【Abstract】 In this paper an approach to the effect of the crack root radius to stress intensity factors (kⅠ、kⅡ、kⅢ) has been made more systematically in photoeiastic method.The result of these experiments preliminarily shows that when P<0.04mm, there seems to be able to obtain more satisfastory testing result of kⅠ. When p= 0.12mm, compared the test values with the theoretieal values there is no obvious deviate yet.(-4.83%) The effect of .0 is iarger to K Ⅱ than to kⅠ. The test values of KⅢ seem insensitive to the variation of p.
