分散控制系统可靠性分析
System Reliability Analysis of Decentralized Control
【摘要】 本文的主旨在于探讨计算机分散控制系统可靠性问题。文中把计算机与控制对象结合成整体,进行系统可靠性分析。(1)为系统可靠度计算建立模型,提出了系统失效率矩阵这一表述形式,并建立了系统最小失效率连接原则;(2)对于系统中控制对象具有不同内在连系,应用不同程度分散控制的典型情况进行了分析比较,确定了分散控制优于集中控制的结论的适用范围;(3)对可维修系统在各种惰况下的可用性进行了同样分析比较;(4)指出目前流行的越分散越可靠的看法的片面性,结合信息传输,对适宜的分散程度提出了建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a systematic analysis of reliability and availability is given to the decentralized control systems. (a) A reliability model of the systems (the computer and the controlled object connected together as a whole) is established; System-failure-rate matrix is proposed to describe the system characteristics; a role of minimum system-failure-rate is established. (b) Detail analysis of system reliability using different decentralization while the controlled object has different interconnections between its loops is carried out. (c) Detail analysis of system availabilty at above conditions is also carried out. (d) An important conclusion is: the degree of decentralization must be matched with the degree of interconnection of control loops. (e) Criticizes the tendency of over-decentralization.
