工业硫氰酸钠质量的研究——第二报:甲酸钠对硫氰酸钠浓水溶液中丙烯腈聚合影响的研究

【摘要】 在硫氰酸钠浓水溶液中,研究了pH5时甲酸钠(SF)对以偶氮二异丁腈引发的丙烯腈(AN)均聚和丙烯腈(AN)-丙烯酸甲酯(MA)-甲基烯丙基磺酸钠(SMAS)共聚的影响.聚合体系中SF的含量在一定范围内变化时,对AN均聚和AN-MA-SMAS共聚的反应速度均无影响,但引起聚丙烯腈和丙烯腈共聚物的平均分子量的急剧变化.在该反应系统中SF是链转移剂,通过对所得聚合物的红外光谱分析,进一步探讨了向SF链转移的反应机理.

【Abstract】 A study has been made of the effect of sodium formato (SF) on the homopolymoro ization of acrylonitrile (AN) and the copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN)-methylacry-late (MA)-sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMAS) in a concentrated aqueous solution of sodium thiocyanate at pH 5 initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile.The content of SF in this polymerizing system does not affect the rates of the said homopolymerization and copolymerization,but causes a drastic change of the average molecular weights of the polyacrylonitrile and the copolymer of acrylonitrile obtained.It seems that SF acting as a chain-transferring agent in this system of polymerization reaction.The mechanism of this chain-transferring reaction has been studiod by infrared analysis of the resulting polymer.
