碳氮共渗农船挂桨齿轮预先试验总结
The Preliminary Test of Carbonitrided Gears used in the Propeller Set of Boat-agrimotors
【摘要】 现有船用挂桨齿轮选用18CrMnTi渗碳淬火,制造成本高、生产效率低、使用寿命短.分析其失效形式,主要是断齿及磨损.经提高齿轮的加工精度及装配精度,热处理上选用碳氮共渗、分级淬火及喷丸强化等,实地观察齿轮的运转使用寿命,探索提高齿轮寿命的途径.初步得:1.气体碳氮共渗是极有发展前途的工艺之一.2.表层残存较大量的残余奥氏体,对提高齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度、接触疲劳强度、抗麻点有一定的好处,对延长使用寿命能起一定的积极作用.3.表层残余压应力大大提高零件的弯曲疲劳强度、扭转疲劳强度、接触疲劳强度,从而延长使用寿命.
【Abstract】 The current adoption of the carburized gears of 18CrMnTi alloy in the propeller set of agrimotors resulted in high cost,low production efficiency and short working life.The mode of failure of these gears was mainly fracture of tooth and wear of flank.We tried to prolong their working life by taking the following steps:(1) raising the machin-ing precision;(2) reducing the assembly tolerances;(3) using earbonitriding,martempering,and shot peening surface strengthening processes.Our experimental investigation came to the conclusion that: 1.Carbonitriding was a very prospective heat treating process. 2.A great deal of retained austenite in the surface layer was good for bending fatigue strength,surface fatigue strength and pitting resistance of gear tooth.So it was favorable to the prolongation of working life to a certain extent. 3.Residual compressive stresses in surface layer greatly improved the bending fatigue strength,torsional fatigue strength,and surface fatigue strength of the tooth.So they greatly prolonged the working life of the gears.
