午毒蛾(Lymantia dispar L.)核型多角体病毒的研究

【摘要】 午毒蛾是世界性的大害虫,分布广,食性杂。在我国主要危害,杨、柳、桦、柞、落叶松、油杉及果树等多种针阔叶树种,它是我国林业、蚕业、果树及农业的主要害虫之一。 一九七六年至一九七七年,我们先后于辽宁省庄河,沈阳市发现了午毒蛾NPV。两年来,对午毒蛾的NPV的多角体,病毒束及病毒粒子等形态结构作了电镜观察,其结果是,多角体为六面体或不规则形,每多角体内包藏着70~80条病毒束,每病毒束包藏着1~14条或更多的病毒粒子。病毒粒子为杆状,释放后,略呈指状弯曲。我们完成了午毒蛾NPV对午毒蛾室内外毒力测定,其结果是:室外大面积防治是在辽宁省盖县塔寺大队120亩柞林内进行的,用8.2×105PIBs/ml的浓度对Ⅰ—Ⅳ令幼虫进行毒力测定,其结果是Ⅰ令幼虫.LC5 2×102PIBs/ml LT5011天;Ⅱ令幼虫LC501×105PIBs/ml,LT5010天,Ⅲ令幼虫LC502×105PIBs/ml,LT508天;Ⅳ令幼虫LC502×107PIBs/ml,LT5010.5天。两年来对柞蚕经过多次反复喂饲多角体,并用午毒蛾病毒蛹的 体液注射柞蚕的蚕蛹子,结果表明均完全无害,并能在自然界形成流行病的高毒力病毒。

【Abstract】 Gypsy moth is an important harmful insect throughout the world, with wide distribution and both of carnivore and herbivore.In China,this insect attacks many species of coniferous and deciduous trees,moinly poplar,willow,birch, oak, larch and fruit trees,and is one of the important harmful insects of forestry, sericulture, pomology and agricutture.In 1976-1977, NPV of gypsy moth was found in Fengcheng, Liaoling and shengyang respectively.Then,the polygonal body,virus bundles and virus particles were examined under electron microscope to study their morphology, The results of examination are: fhe polygonal body is hexahedral or of irregular shape,each polygonal body contains 70-80 virus bundles and each virus bundle contains 1-14 or more virus particles. The virus particle is baciliform,but after release,it has a somewhat curvefinger shape. At the sametime, We have tested the toxicity of NPV of gypsy moth to the oak silkworm in laboratory and in the field. The field experiment was earried out in a 120mu oak woods in Tashi brigade, Gal district, Liaoling province. The concentration of the virus suspension is 8.2×105 PIBs/ml. The toxicity of NPV to Ⅰ-Ⅳlarvae stage of oak silkworm was tasteel. The LC50 of Ⅰ stage-2×102 PIB/ml, LT56-Ildays, the LC50 of Ⅱstage-1×107 PIB5/ml, LT50-10 days, the LC50 ofⅢ stage-2×105 PIBs/ml, LT+(50)-8-days, The LC50 of Ⅳstage-2×10 PiBs/ml, LT50-10.5 days. Within these two years,the oak silkworm was fed several times with NPV and the ehrysalis was injected with the body fluid of NPV-infeeted cocoon of gypsy moth, but the oak silkworm was not infectied. Yet chese can form infectious virus of gypsy moth of high toxicity in nature.
