冲击扭振下初轧机扭矩放大系数的确定
DETERMINATION OF TORQUE AMPLIFICATION FACTOR (T.A.F.)OF BLOOMING MILL UNDER TORSIONAL SHOCK OSCILLATION
【摘要】 <正> 初轧机咬钢时会受到很大的冲击载荷,从而引起传动系统的扭转振动。如果系统配置不当,系统内会产生很大的扭矩,使部件破坏。因此研究主传动系统扭振时扭矩放大系数有重要意义。
【Abstract】 During fhe steel entering rolls an impulsive load exerts on the drive trainof blooming mill, and the drive train will produces a significant torsionalvibration. If the inertia- spring combination of the drive train is in an unfitstate, a peak torsional torque will be occured which is many times as large asthe value of average load and can cause fatigue failure in component parts.The problem of determination of torque amplification factor (T.A .F) of drivetrain is considered in the paper.
