【Abstract】 The metacercariae of Nenimandijea sinense Li & Gu, 1978 were found in July, 1965 and 1975, from the dragonfly, Sympetrum frequens Selys, collected in Hailong Xian and in the suburb and city of Changchun, Jilin, Province. After an examination of 108 dragonflies, 68 of them (62.4%) were found to be infected with these metacercariae.The metacercariae were fed to experimental animals, including mice, ducklings and frogs. Fully developed adult trematodes were found in the caeca of the frogs, R. nigr-omaculata Hallowell fourteen days after infection, while in the mice and ducklings no worms were found. A careful study was made on the morphology of the encysted and excysted metacercariae as well as young and fully matured adults.更多还原
