电刺激中缝大核和兰斑核对三叉神经核内针刺镇痛作用的影响
The Influence of Electro-stimulation of Raphe Magnus and Locus Coreuleus on Pain-relieving Effect of Acupuncture in Trigeminal Nucleus
【摘要】 <正> 在以往的工作中,我们曾观察到,穴位电针对三叉神经脊束核中会聚性痛敏细胞的诱发放电有明显的抑制作用,说明在三叉神经核内就开始发生针刺镇痛效应,并初步确定三叉神经脊束核内的针刺镇痛作用主要是通过突触前抑制实现的。 有资料表明,电刺激包括中缝核群在内的中央导水管周围灰质可以产生镇痛作用,而对其它感觉信息的传递和运动机能不发生影响。近年来,国内一些工作者在整体动物身上证明,中缝核和兰斑核对针刺镇痛具有重要的作用。有人进一步指出,
【Abstract】 Pre-synaptic inhibition effect of electro-acpuncture upon the pain-sensitive cells in spinal trigeminal nucleus of the cat was found to be enhanced by electric stimulation of nucleus raphe magnus, the time course of inhibition being prolonged, whereas it was found to be attenuated by electric stimulation of locus coreulus, the time course of inhibition being shortened. The relation of effect between nucleus raphe magnus and locus coreulus to the pain relieving effect of acupuncture upon the discharges of spinal trigeminal nucleus was discussed.
