【摘要】 本文介绍的是腔长为1M和700mm的可调内腔式6328(?)He—Ne激光器,同时对磁场对功率的影响作了初步的理论和实验分析。实践证明,这种激光器具有输出功率高(比相同条件的外腔管高30%以上),工艺简单,使用方便等优点。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure of He-Ne 6328 A laser with adjustable internal mirrors and with the cavity length of 1000mm. as well as 700mm. is presented. The effect of magnetic field on the output power is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. It is found, with the magnetic field on, the output power is higher by 30% in comparison with the He-Ne laser with external mirrors of the same cavity length. The laser is easy to construct and convenient for manipulation.
