利用切林齐夫(ТЕРЕНТЬЕВ)法测定活泼氢的研究
DETERMINATION OF ACTIVE HYDROGEN IN ORGANIC COMPOUNDS BY TERENT’EV METHOD
【摘要】 我们用切林齐夫测定活泼氢方法测定了许多类的有机化合物,并且证明这个简便的方法是可被广泛应用的。 测定的一般温度宜於在45℃左右,高於这个温度会使许多化合物生成过量的甲烷,不过对於个别较难溶解的物质,提高测定的温度,能使反应进行得较为完全。
【Abstract】 The Terent’ev method for the determination of active hydrogen has been applied to various kinds of organic compounds. It is found that this method can be widely applicable.In general, the temperature of the determimation should be around 45°C, above which, in many cases, an excess amount of methane Y.was found to be given off It may be advisable, however, to raise the temperature somewhat when sparingly soluble compounds are under taken.The effects owing to the-presence of nitro-group and halogen-atom in organic molecules on the determination have been observed.
