【摘要】 本文报道了吉林省集安县稻田皮炎病因的调查。集安毛毕吸虫Trichobilhatzta lianensis sP. nov.的尾蚴为该县部分地区的主要病因。其成虫寄生于家鸭的门静脉,中间寄主为小土蜗螺Galba pervia(Martens),对其生活史作了初步观察,并描述了各期形态;文中并讨论了毛毕吸虫的分类依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 An aetiological survey of the paddy-field dermatitis occurring in the Ji’an’ Xian,Jilin Province was carried out in 1974-1976.Cattle and domestic ducks were examined for schistosoine infections.69.6 % of domestic ducks were determined to harbour Trichotilharzia jianensis sp.nov.,while the cattle were negative.Cercariae of T.jianensis sp,nov.were found in the snail Galba,pervia (Marens).They were capable of producing typical dermatitis,when the skin of four of the authors was exposed to them.,It was concluded that the paddy-field dermatitis in the Ji’an Xian was caused by the cercariae of T.jianensis sp.nov.A preliminary observation of the life history is reportedThe adult worms,eggs,miracidia and cercariae are described.The new species may be distinguished from the 7 closely related species of the genus by the morphological characteristics of the adults,eggs;miracidia and cercariae given in detail in Tables 9-12 in the Chinese text.Types:Hololype allotype,paratypes 9,9Host:Anas platyrhynchos domesticus.Location:Portal vein.Locality:Ji’an Xian,Jilin Province,China.Intermediate host:Galba pervia (Martens).Type specimen’s:Deposited in the Department of Parasitology,Jilin Medical College.Changchum,China.更多还原
