吉林省海龙县城南公社稻田皮炎病原学调查和土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫结节变种生活史的初步观察
A SURVEY OF THE AETIOLOGICAL AGENT OF RICE-FIELD DERMATITIS IN CHENGNAN PEOPLE’S COMMUNE, HAILUNG HSIEN, KIRIN PROVINCE, WITH A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION OF THE LIFE HISTORY OF ORIENTOB1LHARZIA TURKESTANICA VAR. TUBERCULATA
【摘要】 <正> 海龙县是吉林省水稻种植重点地区之一,稻田皮炎流行比较严重,历年稻田皮炎发病率很高,有的生产队竟达100%,对水稻生产和农民健康有一定程度的影响。我们在以往工作(吉林医科大学稻田皮炎研究组,1963;白功懋等,1963;刘兆铭等,1963;孙瑞宗等,1964)的基础上,于1965年4—9月在该县城南公社新胜大队第一小队蹲点,以如何大面积防治稻田皮炎作为研究重点,同时进行了病原学调查。经过几个月的现场工作,在大面积防治上取得一些经验,并发现该处稻田皮炎主要病原为土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫结节变种的尾蚴。现将病原学研究方面的初步结果报道如下。
【Abstract】 An aetiological survey of the rice-field dermatitis occurring in Chengnan People ’s Commune, Hailung Hsien, Kirin Province was carried out in 1965. Cattle, wildfowl, domestic ducks and snails were examined for sehistosome infections. 35.0% of the cattle was found to have sehistosome infections, and four of them (one slaughtered and three by life-history studies) were determined to harbour Orientolilharzia tur-kestanica (Skrjabin, 1913) var. tubereulata (Bhalerao, 1932), the life history of which was hitherto worked out and described. Among the wildfowl examined only Anas poecilorhyncha zonorhyncha and Anas c. crecca were infected with Trichobilharzia physellae (Talbot, 1936) McMullen et Beaver, 1945, while the domestic ducks were negative. Two kinds of sehistosome eercariae were found in the snails Radix ovata (Draparnaud) and Galba laticallosiformis Yen, one non-ocellate brevifurcate and the other ocellate brevifurcate. The former was capable of producing typical dermatitis when the skin of one of the authors was exposed to it and upon infecting rabbit with this kind of eercariae, O. turkestanica var. tuberculata was yielded. It was concluded that the rice-field dermatitis in Chengnan People’s Commune was caused by sehistosome eercariae, mainly by those of the cattle sehistosome O. turlcestanica var. tubereulata, while those of the bird schistosome (probably Trichobilharzia, physellae of wild ducks) played a less important role. To the authors’ knowledge, the life history of 0. turkestanica var. tubereulata and its eercariae as an aetiological agent of rice-field dermatitis or sehistosome dermatitis had not yet been reported. It was determined by field survey and/or experimentally that the lymnaeid snails Radix ovata, R. lagotis (Schrank) and Galba. laticallosiformis served as the intermediate hosts of this schistosome.
