【摘要】 <正> 肺吸虫病自1879年在我国台湾省发现以后,直到解放前缺乏系统调查研究工作,而且由于反动统治阶级根本不关心广大劳动人民疾苦,所以过去的一些零散报告对本病的防治上也未起作用。解放后,广大医务及科技工作者,遵循毛主席制定的面向工农兵,“预防为主”,团结中西医,卫生工作与群众运动相结合的革命卫生路线,在肺吸虫病的防治调查研究上进行了大量工作,取得了显著的成绩,不仅发现了许多新的流行区,也发现了许多新种肺吸虫和由其产生的新型肺吸虫病,对其中数种肺吸虫的生活史和致病性,临床学更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors start by pointing out the significance of differentiating the various kinds of metaeercariae of Paragonimus from those of other trematodes which they isolated from freshwater crabs during epidemiologie surveys of paragonimiasis in China.The contents of this paper may be summarized below:1. The paper records 11 types of freshwater crabs belonging to 4 genera, which have been found to be infected with metaeercariae of Paragonimus and or other trematodes. 8 types of them were identified, including 3 new species as follows: Sinopotamon denticulatum denticulatum,Sinopotamon shensiense, Sinopotamon ya-anese n. sp. (Chung et Ts’ao, 1962), Sinopotamon kwanhsienense n. sp. (Tai et Sung, 1975), Potamon hispidum, Isolapotamon sinensis n. sp. (Tai et Sung, 1975), The remaining 5 types which appear to be also new species await final identification. These are tentatively named as follows: Potamon sp. Hokuo (河口) Type I, Potamon sp. Chinghung (景洪), Sinopotamon sp. Hueitung, Type I., Isolapotamon sp. Hueitung (会同), and Somaniathelphusa sinensis subsp. (河口)2. The important points of differentiating Paragonimus metaeercariae from those of other trematodes observed in freshwater crabs were discussed; a table giving the differential features of 9 species of paragonimus (namely, P. westermani, P. wester-mani, Szeehuan variety), P. szechuansnsis, P. yunnanensis, P. tuanshanensis, P. men-glacnsis, P. paishuihoensis, P. hokuoensis, P. hueitungensis n. sp. Chung et al. 1975, found by the authors in China since 1954-1973) was presented.3. 11 types metaeereariae of other trematodes than those of Paragonimus found in freshwater crabs were described. They are as follows:1) Microphallus sp. Ⅰ.2) Maritrema sp.3) Gynaecotula sp.4) Stephanalecithus sp.5) Microphallus sp. Ⅱ.6) Metacercaria of Hokuo, Type Ⅰ.7) Brachycoelium sp. Ⅰ,8) Brachycoelium sp.
